Payment for goods is made online through the website using the Plata by mono payment system to the Seller's account.

Delivery is carried out by the Nova Poshta logistics company according to its available options and rates.

According to current legislation, the Buyer has the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, the decision on returning the goods is made at the discretion of the store.

Only goods of proper quality in the original packaging in which they were delivered to the Buyer are eligible for return. Used goods cannot be returned. Returns are processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection'.

Refunds are made to the Buyer's bank card from which the payment for the goods was made. The Seller transfers the funds within 10 days from the moment the returned goods arrive at the warehouse and the return is confirmed.
